Cultivating Christlike Compassion - He Touches the Untouchable - The 6.30

This week we start our second summer series with a focus on compassion - one of the 3 C’s in our diocesan mission statement: Growing Disciples of Christ with Compassion, Confidence and Courage. As the diocese vision states: Jesus’ first response to people, no matter what their situation or background, was one of compassion.

Today Roy shares a message on how Jesus touches a man with leprosy who was seen as physically and spiritually unclean by society and challenges us to think of people we hold at arms length now.

Speaker: Roy McCloughry

Date: Sunday 27 July

Service: The 6.30

Bible Passages: Mark 1: 40-45
