Providing homes for the most vulnerable in society in partnership with local churcheshia-logo

A bit moreHope into Action exists to change the lives of the most disadvantaged in society by offering them a home in which to live, with the tenants receiving support from the local community. Hope into Action offers homes to people coming from a variety of situations including those recovering from drug and alcohol addiction, those fleeing domestic violence, street sleepers and those leaving prison. St Nics currently supports two Hope into Action houses, both located in the Meadows, with a third house in Beeston housing a refugee family also in the pipeline.

Volunteer roles: Hope into Action provides all the professional and technical expertise (purchasing, investing, renting, tenancies etc) which frees us, as the supporting church, to concentrate on building relationships with the tenants, welcoming them into the local community, providing practical support, offering mentoring, and praying for them.
